The South Coast Tour In Iceland

offers scenery that is ever changing, ideal for nature lovers. Includes pick up at your accommodation in the Reykavík area by an English speaking guide and the route is east along the ring road to the South Coast through small villages until we reach the coastal road. There we make several stops such as Seljalands Waterfall where it´s possible most of the time to walk behind the waterfall.

Another spectacluar waterfall, Skógafoss waterfall is visited on our way to Sólheimajökull Clacier. If you are interested only 30 minutes walk is requierd from the parkinglot to reach the edge of the ice to experience it up close.

Farther east we reach black sand beach with coastal cliffs and spectaculare rock formations. In the summer time this is the puffins colonies.

Duration of this trip is around approx. 9-10 hours and drop off is at your hotel or at your request in the Reykjavík area. Note that this tour does not include lunch or snacks but we will stop at suitable locations for refreshments. Suitable clothes and shoes is another good thing to have in mind.

Extra stops such as photo opportunities will be at the discretion of your guide depending on time constraints, weather and road conditions.
